A tip: You can force XP to show Administrator on the Welcome Screen by editing registry. To to the key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList
Add the Administrator to the list and set it to 1. The reverse is also true. You can add any user account you want on this list and set it to 0. This will hide the account from the Welcome Screen.
